Returning a physical DVD or Brusho® paints
We think you'll be delighted with any of Joanne's DVDs. If you're not, for ANY reason, we insist you return it for a full and prompt refund.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money back guarantee. The 30 days starts from when you receive the DVD and not when you order. And don't worry - if you miss the deadline by a few days we'll still honour the guarantee!
We'll refund the full price of the DVD, plus the outgoing shipping. The only cost we're unable to refund is the return shipping.
If you order a Brusho® starter pack directly from this website, you can try it for 30 days and send it back of a full refund if you're not happy with it. Yep, feel free to pierce the tops and play about with the pigment (how else are you supposed to try it?). All we ask is that you send the pack back to us, in whatever state, so that we know you've given it a fair try.
As with the DVD, we'll refund the full price of the paints, plus the outgoing shipping. The only cost we're unable to refund is the return shipping.
Instructions For Returning the DVDs or Brusho® Starter Pack
If you want to return the DVD course here's what to do:
- Package the course securely either in the original padded envelope or a suitable replacement.
- Insert a note stating you want a refund and add your full name, postal address and e-mail address.
- Send the course back to:

As soon as we receive the DVDs or Brusho® and your note, we'll process your refund. It can take up to 5 working days for the money to hit your account. We'd refund you instantly but we're at the mercy of credit card companies and bank, who like to take their time with things!
Returning a Digital Product
Obviously there is no physical product here to return. We work on a basis of trust... that most people won't simply purchase the videos, use them and then ask for a refund. If the videos aren't for you, just delete them from your computer and let us now and we'll send you a full refund asap.
